Our all encompassing approach to coaching.

Comprehensive coaching is our highly detailed service allowing the full development of an athlete in a hands on and well structured process. The use of comprehensive coaching gives our athletes one check in email day per week, daily contact with highly responsive coaches, detailed and personalised video analysis, adaptive and amenable training factoring and modifying training stress, exercise selection, sets and reps, nutrition, mindset and more.

With the detail of this methodology the coach and client are able to develop a more familiar work process together. This allows us to better understand the psychology of the lifter along with a greater ability to execute the programming adjustments needed to streamline your progress.

You will initially receive a bespoke program built on all the information given during the initial consultation, a nutritional guidance start up, access to a detailed video catalogue from DBD and a detailed explanation of our process’. This also includes access to a group page to execute video analysis and discuss relevant topics within the field.

The training and coaching process is then a developing and evolving process to best support and develop our lifters.

Built for you, led by you.

We offer this approach more often to those that know the ins and outs of their lifting. Should they not need a higher level of support we are able still to provide detailed and personalised programming that is just as good as that of the comprehensive coaching service.

The changes are, that unlike comprehensive coaching, you have 1 check in day per week, in which we update the program based on the tracked data for each session.

This programming style means that each block is predetermined with less adjustments during each phase as relies on the lifter to self monitor external variables.

This method is cheaper and can be just as reliable in seasoned lifters with specific preparation on training goals (such as meet prep).
