Is this included in my gym membership?

No — PUSH is a separate subscription. Your gym membership gets you in the door to train; PUSH gives you the programme to follow once you're here. You don't need PUSH to train with us — but if you've ever wondered what to actually do in your session, this is it.

Do I have to commit?

No. First 7 days are free. Cancel any time in the app — one tap, no "call us to cancel" nonsense.

What if I want to change programme mid-way?

Switch whenever. All 8 are included, so you're never locked into one.

Do I need to be lifting already?

The library covers beginner to expert — "12 Week Introduction to Powerlifting" is built for new lifters, "SBD – Full Coverage" is for competitive powerlifters. Most members start with the one that matches their current focus and level.

Can I use PUSH and still see a Dedicated Gym PT?

Yes. PUSH is the programme, PT is the coaching. Plenty of members will want both — follow the programme, then book a PT session to iron out technique on a specific lift. We'll happily build PT around what you're already doing in the app.
